Introduction

This fragile white wine sauce from Cooking Light uses dry white wine, chicken stock and a sprinkle of white wine vinegar.

Ingredients


  1. Cooking spray
  2. 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  3. 1/2 cup fat-free, less-sodium
  4. chicken broth
  5. 1/4 cup dry white wine
  6. 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  7. 2 tablespoons butter
  8. 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives



How to Make It

Warmth a skillet over medium-high warmth. Coat skillet with cooking shower. Add finely 

cleaved onion to skillet;


sauté 2 minutes, blending much of the time. Blend in chicken soup, white wine, and white

wine vinegar; heat to the point of boiling. Cook until lessened to 1/4 container (around 5

minutes). Expel from warm; mix in a spread and crisp chives.
