Introduction


This fragile white wine sauce from Cooking Light uses dry white wine, chicken stock and a sprinkle of white wine vinegar.
Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup fat-free, less-sodium
- chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives
How to Make It
cleaved onion to skillet;
sauté 2 minutes, blending much of the time. Blend in chicken soup, white wine, and white
wine vinegar; heat to the point of boiling. Cook until lessened to 1/4 container (around 5
minutes). Expel from warm; mix in a spread and crisp chives.
